Bringing Change

Giving Youth Opportunities is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. Over the past four years we have provided annual community events, programs, and resources to youth. Since then we have been able to service over 2,500 families.

GIVING YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES AT A GLANCE

Youth Organization

Giving Youth Opportunities knows that our strength lies in our team but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2016, research showed a lack of events and resources available for youth in the community. Thus, G.Y.O was created!

In our program children can learn about various life skills such as career planning, financial literacy, volunteering in the community, and simply learning how to make new friends!

EDUCATIONAL MATCH PROGRAM

Students grades 8th-12th are matched with a professional in their career of choice. In this program youth receive mentor-ship guidance, internship opportunities, and individualized blueprint career plans.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS

Our educational workshops are geared to provide youth with the tools to explore and learn new skills.
